Is it possible to work as a regular soldier and serve as a reservist-soldier in the evenings/weekends too?
Are there regulations governing that? If so, could you tell me more about 'em.

Hi there
So you can’t be a regular and a reservist concurrently but there are Regular jobs working within the reserves to help train them. Regular Instructors enable the reserves to maintain a continuum of training. These are jobs which you undertake in as a trained person in a role so likely to be a two year posting as opposed to something you can do for your entire career.
