Is it possible to show up everyday in reserves kind of like a full time job?
Or is 27 days a year the maximum you can do. I’m really interested in being apart of the female mountain bike, snowboard or surfing team.

There are plenty of deployments that get offered to Reserve Soldiers however, if you are looking at full time, then it would be Regular and not Reserves career that you would be more interested in.
It's worth knowing that even in the Regulars, dependent on the individual units current commitments that flexible working could be offered.
