Hello Igor,
The best advice is always to stay in education as long as you can: better qualifications unlock more jobs and better pay (inside and outside the Army).
That said, a lot of roles in the Army don't require any formal qualifications, so there will always be a job you can apply for in the Army if staying in education isn't right for you.
