Transferring from the Royal Artillery to the Rangers is very possible! Although artillery is not infantry there has already been soldiers making the transfer! The transfer to the Ranger Battalion is achievable for soldiers providing they meet the eligibility criteria. Aspiring Rangers must meet all physical, medical, service requirements and participate in any selection and/or career courses and assessments that are required to fulfil their new role within the unit.
