It's not an instant no, but there are relatively strict criteria that you need to meet. Primarily in regards to how long you have been symptom free without treatment. I'm afraid I can't go in to the exact details as I don't have access to the most up to date entry policy.
They are unlikely to take the fitness tests into account as the entry fitness requirement is lower than the fitness levels you will be required to meet during training. Similarly, regardless of role, everyone needs to be able to meet a certain fitness standard, this is tested on a yearly basis.
