When you apply for any role in the Army, part of the application process includes a medical assessment. You medical records will be reviewed by qualified clinicians who will decide if you're suitably fit for a career in the Armed Forces.
We can't give you any specific medical advice. Unfortunately, the best way to find out is to apply and see what the results of the medical assessment are. Don't worry, applying isn't a commitment to join: you can withdraw at any point up to your attestation at Basic Training.
