Hi there,
PRAC is now a visit only with no physical exertion so it does exist but not in its same guise. The Para MSFT is 11.6 which you will be require to complete at the Assessment Centre. PRAC is no more of an insight now rather than a definitive selection. -

Hi Jonathan,
PRAC still exists it's just been renamed to the Parachute Regiment Development Visit (PRDV). It's designed to give you a better insight and understand of the Parachute Regiment.
Certain physical elements have been removed from the event but you'll still be required to complete the MSFT and reach level 11.6.
