I would personally say it’s switches at times.
For the first 8-12 weeks I would say it’s more mentally enduring due to the fact that your probably missing family, friends and what your used to. The physical side of it will be challenging but the fitness aspect gradually increases thoughout training.
When your used to the routine and where you are, the mentality will wade and you the physical aspect of training will then get turned up and the skills and information your required to learn become easier.
