Im on medication for anxiety/depression/panic attacks,have been for 3/4 years,would this stop me from joining?

IF you are symptom free and off medication it may increase your chances of joining. However they may still deem you not suitable. The only way to be sure is to apply online and let the doctors make the final decision.
