If you are currently 16, the best advice would be to first concentrate on your exams so that you get the grades to get on to a physiotherapy course at university. Once at university you may like to try joining the officer training corps (OTC) to get some military experience.
If you are interested in gaining some military experience now, you could consider joining your army cadets https://armycadets.com/
