Hi, you need to go and speak to a few people in your unit. I would start with the RCMO about your wish to transfer. I'd also speak to the RAWO or Det Comd to find out more about the AGC (SPS). It might be that you would be able to spend some time in the Det when you know your transfer has been successful but prior to completing SIPAC (SPS Phase 2). You would be able to find out far more about that by speaking to soldiers in the Det at 1 Yorks, especially as there will be at least one who's completed it relatively recently. Good luck. It could be a long process that you will have to drive forward - take onus of your own future. I'm biased, but i think AGC (SPS) is great ;)
