just about leadership
Hi, great question. Leading a section is all about confidence. During training those who weren't the loudest but those who were confident and could motivate would always do better than those who just yelled and pointed. There's times for that but ultimately try and be yourself. SOmeone at Cadets has obviously seen potential in you and that's why you've been promoted - don't let it go to your head. Be that person that your section aspire to be like! Be the person and that reason that they actually want to turn up to cadets and not think, 'i'll give it a miss this week'. Praise when praise is due and don't always pick up on the same faults on the same people - even if you get frustrated by it! The fact that you have come on here shows me you care about how you do!! That's awesome. Good luck with it!!!
