Im a 15 year old boy and i was wondering the minimum age for a combat role.
I have been interested in joining the army for a combat role since i was 14, However knowing i am young and i wont be 18 for 2 and a half years now i was curious on the age limit for a combat role and if there is anything i should know about such a role such as deployments and how long they will last.

Firstly you'll need to find what type of combat role that will interest you such as Infantry, Royal Armoured Corps or Army Air Corps as they are under that combat role bracket.
The minim age you can apply is 15 years, 7 months leading to this you'll be able to go for Basic Training at the age of 16 years old. During this you'll be at Army Foundation College Harrogate duration is down to the role you've picked.
Deployment age is 18 years old, duration of a deployment is down to the higher arch of the Brigade/Unit so this can depend on that unless it's a unit posting which is normally 2/4 years.
