I’m 15 and want to join at age 17-18 and my parents don’t want me to join. Is there any bullying in the army?

Hi Henry,
The Army has a ZERO TOLERANCE policy on bullying so this does help mitigate the threat of bullying to our fellow soldiers. More so we try to look after our own and try make everyone feel welcomed and comfortable.
