When it comes to fitness and losing weight it is down to you with how and what you do. There may be things on YouTube or the website but it is predominantly your effort. As recruiters we cannot recommend a fitness plan or anything along them lines due to safety issues and we don't want you to get injured.

Hi, yes as above there is loads of online information or peoples advice, but ultimately fitness is a personal thing and if you want to get fit it is your motivation and drive that will achieve this. If it is a lack of knowledge then things like couch to 5km and park run are really good. Good luck with your journey.
