If you extend your service after your initial 4 years, do you have to extend by 4 more years?
Do you extend in 4 year increments or can you just give 1 year notice anytime after your first 4 years?

After your first 4 years you can give 1 years notice to leave (although sometimes early release is possible - depending on a number of factors).
