if you dont pass in the assessment centre is anything done to help you meet the fitness requirements ?

    Hi Lennon, great question.

    If you don't pass your assessment first time you'll be given the opportunity to retake where you missed out on the requirements (if time permits) or you can go back at a later date and redo the parts where you fell short.
    If you speak to your recruiter they should be able to give you more detail, but hope this helps.

    Hi Lennon, fitness is and always will be a personal motivation. Do you have the drive and commitment to get fitter to pass if that is where your are currently sat. Then there are loads of methods of getting fitter but it should be aimed at the specific thing you need to improve. Downloading and doing the 20 meter beep test at least once a week, it only takes 10 minutes to do the beep test so time is not an issue. Then things like Park Run (google search it) and general running a few times a week. Do not do what lots of people do and avoid what they are not good at as then you will never progress forward.
