If you happen to come across any potential applicant with exceptional qualities that is ready to serve in the Army 100% after registration has closed. Would you reconsider and give him the opportunity to serve?

There is a process that all applicants wanting to join the army have to go through. Once the application is successful, they would need to pass selection. The selection process is a 2 days 3 nights event. Once you pass that then you are considered ready to proceed to training.
