Good evening Kaggwa,
The British Army is such a large organisation that we are always recruiting.
This being said, i know the Commonwealth Portal for applications has been temporally been closed.
This is simply because of the huge volume of applicants. Rest assured this will open again, there are plenty of roles available so i would encourge you to keep an eye out for when this opens if this is applicable.

If you applied before the window closed then it will be progress for sure. Any submitted after the window was closed/paused may not be accepted. Reaching the maximum number certainly won't be an issue this year so don't worry about that either.
