If the army can see that you wouldn't be suited to the role chosen in phase 1/phase 2, do they change your role?

    No they won't. This is done in your application phase between your lead recruiter off the back of your career discussion and the Assessment centre.


    As I'm sure you can appreciate it costs an extraordinary amount of of money to train each Soldier, upwards of 70,000 for Combat roles and anywhere up to 150,000 for specialist roles. So the importance of you selecting you career path prior to training is paramount for both you and the Army.
