Hello,
You will need to continue seeing a civilian GP for all your medical needs. You will only see a military GP for your occupational medicine requirements. For example, if you had problems with your heart, you would see your civilian GP about it, but if you needed to start medication or go to hospital, you would need to tell your military GP who would then adjust your 'medical grade', so that when you attend work with the reserves, you would not be asked to do anything that may be bad for you.
