If i were to transfer from the RAF Regiment to parachute regiment will I have to go back to phase 2?

They may waver you if you've don P company but even then they may insist you complete phase 2. This is really the wrong platform to be asking on mate so it would be worth asking your CMO. Good luck. Thanks.
