if i want to go to AFC Harrogate within the next week, will i be able to join in the september intake?

Good Morning and thanks for your question.
There are two intake dates for AFC Harrogate. September for Combat roles and Royal Logistic Corps Driver, and March intake for all other roles. So depending on what job you would like to do in the army, will depend on when you'd be looking at joining.
You can start your application from the age of 15 and 9 months, and will be able to start your career at the Army Foundation college from the ages between 16-17 and 5 months.
So yes, if you meet the criteria for starting an application and are within the age ranges for when you're due to start then you should be able to start an application with a view to joining in the September intake.
