if I join the army server for four years could I change careers to the Royal Marines commandos?

Hi there
There is nothing that would stop you applying for a transfer, however be aware that there must be a place where you are looking to go and you must pass all their tests that they require. They must then also accept your transfer request. It is not guaranteed.
Did you know you can become and Army Commando, which is a member of the Army who has completed the commando course but remains in the army. There are commando units that work alongside the marines in trades such as Artillery and REME who are able to do this course. It would not require a transfer.
