If I join as an infantry soldier could I become a paratrooper and if so how?

Thanks for your question.
If you want to become a Paratrooper, you can join directly as a Paratrooper. There is no need to join the Infantry and then transfer to the Para's but this is an option if you would like to take this route.
In my opinion, I would join directly.
