If I am a reserve will i a) get paid b) quit when ever c) definatly go away?

Hi Sophie,
a) You will absolutely get paid for your time on duty as Army reserve as well as an annual bounty if you complete you mandatory training. b) You can leave at any point except for when you are mobilised when you must wait until the end of that period. c) You will not definitely have to go away but there are many opportunities for you to volunteer to mobilise alongside regular colleagues both in the UK and overseas.
