If applying for a bursary (veterinary) while still at university, should you first apply to join the relevant corps?

I think you normally apply before you start your course, but you may still be able to get help. This platform is designed to allow potential recruits the opportunity to ask serving soldiers questions about life in the Army, so it isn't the best place to come to for application advice: for that, you should get in touch with your local Army Career Centre. You can find the nearest one to you here: Your Local Army Careers Centres

    Good luck with your application!

For this you usually have to prove that you have been accepted on to the course. Bursaries usually have to be claimed within a certain time frame usually the first year whilst studying. there is a specialist team that deals with this so you would either need to talk to your local careers office to point you in the right direction or talk to the NRC who will be able to give you more information on 0345 600 80 80
