Id like to change job roles to RMP after I get my level 2 English and maths during phase 1 is this possible?
At the moment I donât have the qualifications but I will do after i finish my training at AFC Harrogate in March

I’m not 100% but I would imagine not as your phase 2 training date would have already been allocated to you in line with when you complete AFC. It would also depend on your age finishing AFC as I understand to be an RMP you have to be approx 17.5 months due to getting immediately promoted once you have passed out of trade training.
