Hello Mohannad,
In short, no.
If you're interested in a career in the Army but don't want a combat focused profession, you may want to explore roles in medical, intelligence & communication, logistics & support, HR & finance, engineering, or music. However, every soldier in the British Army is trained to be able to do the job and this involves handling and shooting a rifle. As for being "on the front lines" you could be deployed to the heart of the action, from disaster relief to combat, no matter what your role.
If you'd like to find out more about what jobs are available or learn more about the British Army and what we do, try visiting the Army Jobs or British Army websites.
