Good evening, I was wondering what happens if you don't pass P Company?

Depending on why you didn't pass you normally get 3 attempts. If you are for instance injured you may get more chances. If are in Parachute Regiment depot and fail the course 3 times without having a good reason such as an injury you will be asked to transfer to another regiment
