Please visit this link on the Army jobs website this is for basic rates of pay for the first few ranks CMT get pain slightly more than what is show as on a higher supplement by this is not too far off.
With each promotion the bigger the pay check. You also get pay rises each year which help to boost your wages slightly these are capped so you rarely ever exceed the pay of the rank above or if you do it carries on into your next promotion.
