I want to find out about the Army Reserves

I am enquiring on behalf of a customer of mine, Alfie. Alfie is autistic and is supported by Surrey Choices to help him with his job search and applications etc. He is a very capable, intelligent and ambitious young man and has suggested that he would like to enquire about joining the Army Reserves with the intention of joining the Army full time further down the line. Alfie lives in Caterham, Surrey has now finished his education and is keen to start a life long career. I believe there is an Army Reserve centre in Coulsdon which would be perfect for him. How would he go about applying for this and what are the entry requirements?

Hello. I would advise you to go directly to your local reserve regiment and enquire there. I've had a quick look, found 31 Signal Squadron on Marlpit Lanew where they meet Tuesday evening 1930-2130 in Coulsdon. I've put there number and email below. I'm assuming this is the right place but if not, do a search yourself or let me know. Thanks and if you have any more questions please ask.
