Hyper mobility isn't a barr on serving in the army but it would depend on the severity of it and how it affects you personally. If you believe you aren't fit enough, if this is something that is out of your control to work on and you know that whatever you do you simply won't be able to improve your fitness enough to pass a bleep test then this may be a reason you won't get accepted into the Army.
