I want to apply as reserve Dental Nurse to the Medical Department? What is the different between Soldier and Officer?
I do have GDC registration and I work as Dental Nurse for over 2 years.

Officer roles are more about management as you will have the responsibility to lead a number of people whereas the soldier role is more hands on with less managerial responsibilities.
