I take daily medication for hypothyroidism but it doesn’t effect my fitness, am I still eligible for the army? Thanks

    Hi there,

Hypothyroidism doesn’t definitively rule you out for joining the Army. If you have been on a stable treatment for over a year then consideration will be made by our medical team. The only way we can assess this is if you submit an application. During the process, we get access to your medical records and then our medical team will be able to give you a decision either way. Hope this helps!
