I read somewhere that for atc pirbright girls hair has to be short, i’m 5’10 and my hair comes down to my mid back
will i have to cut it shorter as it comes down to the middle of my back when in a low pony tail

Hello,
As far as I know there are no regulations regarding the length that your hair can be. However you do need to be able to put it in neat bun for work. On exercise you may be able to put it in a plait (a large bun does not work well with military helmets), but it should not interfere with your ability to wear and use your equipment.
When I went through Phase 1 I decided to cut mine to just below shoulder length because it made it much easier to manage, but plenty of my colleagues kept their hair longer.
