Each and every time I try to send an application form, the website asks me to answer a whole bunch of questions but once I reach the end of it the website says that they are not what you are finding which is annoying because you will not be able to know what I am if you don't even let me try to prove it to you. This is infuriating as I want to join the Army for a while now but I believe that it might just be my age even though by the time August or September 2024 starts, I will be 16. I would be old enough to give consent to what I can prove I am right for and I can decide what I can prove that I can do. What I am trying to reach in the Army is to join the SAS as I need to be with the elite that there is even though everyone is elite in the Army, I need to be with a much small special operations group in small numbers to do the most dangerous things which means getting my hands dirty whilst the rest of the worlds hands stay clean. This may be a beg or cry or even an outburst of random words which could mean nothing to whoever reads this or everything to whoever reads this but my life plan is to be in the military. My pathway is to join and serve for five years in the Parachute Reg and then tryout for the SAS. Even if I fail the first time I will try again and again and again until I pass through and become one with them which could take weeks or even years but I will not stop until I am one of them. But in general, none of this will happen if I can't get help from a human and not an AI to help me pass through the application process and join. (If you could pass this on to any high ranking people in the Army or anyone in the SAS, I would be very thankfull). Thanks for reading this and maybe helping, William.
Hi William,
I am unsure why the application is saying this for you, please ensure you are registering here - https://apply.army.mod.uk/login. If you continue to have issues then please ring the National Recruiting Centre on 0345 600 8080.
To me it sounds like you want to be a Paratrooper for which the long course at AFC Harrogate would be most appropriate. You will need to work hard on your fitness as the standard is higher for entry into the parachute regiment but your Recruiter will be able to explain this to you. Please put your application in soonest so that we can get the ball rolling and line you up the best we can for Sept 2024 at AFC Harrogate.

I am Somali and I do not have British citizenship and I am not from a Commonwealth country. Is there an exception or exemption to join SAS?
To join the SAS you first need to be serving in the Armed Forces, so you would need to meet the eligibility criteria to join the Army, first.
