Contact the nearest recruitment centre/ Army career centre. You can do this via phone call or visit in person. They can assist with your application and provide information on how to proceed in the progress. Information for numbers and sites are on the army job website.
I imagine if you’re having issues though online, they will fix the issue pretty fast so keep checking back but most importantly look for a solution, and don’t give up.
