I’m thinking of doing the royal engineers but how long after training can you switch roles if you wanted to? Many thanks

    Hi Angus,


    This is pretty much down to you, however, it also depends on your units operations commitments.

    I'd only recommend joining if you have the plan to stick with 1 role though as this won't help your career if you hope to switch immediately.
