For questions about your own application you'll need to talk to your local Army Career Centre (ACC), and for anything medical you'd need to apply to join so that a medical team can have access to your medical records and give you answers privately, rather than on an open forum.
If you can, you should still visit your local ACC so that you can talk to someone face to face, which is usually easier than posting online.
