Hi Ryan, that is great news and its a fantastic job role. Something to consider is the application process takes on average about 6 months. So if you apply in Jan 24 you will not be joining for some time after that. If your looking at trying to join earlier in the new year then it is worth applying now.

I want to finish my course at college and it finishes next year early July. Could I do the assessment centre after I finish or do I have to do it after the application has gone through

Yeah looking at your timeline and application in Jan/Feb 24 would work. Assessment centre is a few month into the process. It is something you can sort out once it comes around. You can either take 2 days out of college to attend or possible do it during a half term or Easter college close down period.
