Hello. Thank you for your question.
I noticed your question has been unanswered so I will do my best to answer this for you.
It is completely natural to be scared to jump out of a plane. Anyone who is jumping from a plane for the first time would be lying if they said they are/were not scared.
If jumping out of a plane is something you do not want to do then do not choose a role in the Army that requires you to do this e.g. Paratrooper.
There are plenty more roles in the Infantry where you are not required to jump.
