I've answered this question for you elsewhere, but so that others can find the answer I'll re-post:
No formal qualifications are required to join as a Paratrooper. So yes, you could join as a high school dropout provided you meet the other eligibility criteria.
As for Royal Marines, you would need to check the Royal Navy website.
