as long as you fall into the BMI bracket for height and weight then this would be up to you just bear in mind the closer you are to the brackets the more of a risk there is of not passing so try to make sure you have a bit of leeway in whatever side of the bracket you need to be on to ensure you're not caught out on the day. This being said it would be up to you how much you want to lose.
