I'm aware you get 3 options to pick for your specific job role, but are you guaranteed to get one of thone job roles?
Specifically for the Royal Artillery. I'd like to primarily be an Armoured AS90 Gunner, then light gunner crew and Air Defence Gunner.

There's no guarantee, it depends on availability. A common reason people don't get their first choice is due to waiting time, but your career centre will be able to advise you on the expected waiting times for each role and be able to offer you alternatives if you don't want to wait too long.
