You can apply to join the Army from 15.7 Years old.

Army Foundation College in Harrogate would be the initial look for you given your age. Between 16-17.5 year olds attend this form of JE basic training.

The difference between attending our college compared to any other, we pay you a minimum of £26,300 a year to attend.

whilst also gaining a BTEC public services qual.

To prepare for this i'd recommend making an application and speaking to your lead recruiter. If i was to do it all over again, i'd comfortably run 5k (slow and steady) become familiar with weights in the gym. The functional movements as opposed to lifting heavy.
