    Hi Gideon,

    If you hold citizenship there is no residency requirement, as per the Army Jobs Official Website;

    "I'm a British Citizen
    As a British Citizen, British Overseas Territory Citizen, British Overseas Citizen, British Subject, British National (Overseas) citizen and British Protect Person, you're able to apply to join the Army."

    When it comes to residency, as a non-citizen, you require 5 years residency. But, as you hold citizenship you are good to apply. You can apply from 15 years and 7 months also, you don't need to wait until you're 16 :)

    Warm Regards,
