Hi there.
Sorry its taken a while to get to your question. Its hard to answer yours without knowing more but i would say that the Army is a great place with lots of people with diverse backgrounds. Peoples experiences allow them to think differently so everyones voice is valued. Whilst i dont know the intricacies of your situation i have often found that with time you get perspective on things you have thought to have gone wrong. They might not change but i often view them from a different angle, accepting that things went wrong but being grateful of the lessons they taught me and enabled me to grow as a person. I regret many things from my past however without them i would not be where i am today, so i needed them to be happy now.
The entry requirements to joining the Army can be found at https://jobs.army.mod.uk/how-to-join/can-i-apply/ have a look and speak to your parents or guardians about wanting to join, involve them in your decision. If your situation means you are unable to meet these requirements, then maybe speak to someone you trust and work out what you can learn from your experiences and how you can grow. You are only 14, dont let tough times define you, you have your whole life ahead of you and you can do anything you want with the right mindset.
Hope this helps.
