I know that you can wear makeup day-to-day, what about during training? And if not can there be exceptions?

This is an interesting question that I do not fully know the answer to. Queens dress regulations should be applicable at all times but this isn't always the case especially during training as everybody is to be the same. The main part will be, you will be told what you can do and if they don't; ask what is allowed.
What is the reason that you would want to wear makeup, because if there is a real reason to wear some, other than say vanity, you might be allowed?
