The travel in the Army depends on what role you choose. Some roles may travel more than others. There is plenty of opportunity to travel on deployments, travel for sport and adventure training and then educational visits such as battlefield tours. I have visited many different countries such as Nepal, Chile and Malta with the Army.
Most of our operational tours have a 'hearts and minds' mission which means they are either humanitarian exercises or assistance to foreign armed forces.
